L&T Wins Orders Valued INR 15040 Million
Larsen & Toubro Limited's Heavy Civil Infrastructure business division has bagged orders worth INR 15040 million. The business has won a marine infrastructure project of national importance by securing an order from the Cochin Shipyard Limited for part design and construction of a Dry Dock along with associated works.
The prestigious project involves the construction of a new Dry Dock-03, MEP works including pump house, crane rail foundations, caisson entrance gates & intermediate gates, quay wall crane piers, underground substation & tunnels and grand assembly area which is to be completed in stringent timelines.
“This is a significant win in the heavy civil infrastructure space and a major project for us,” said Mr. S.N. Subrahmanyan, CEO & MD – Larsen & Toubro. “This mandate is truly representative of our expertise and proven track record of constructing marine infrastructure all along the Indian coastline. We are confident of delivering this project too on time to international quality standards” he added.
L&T GeoStructure has received an order from the Kalinga International Coal Terminal Paradip Private Limited for construction of piling, diaphragm wall and berth deck at Paradip Port, Odisha.
