Kamladityya Constructions Received Order From MSME To Construct Technology Centre In Rohtak
Ministry of MSME has launched a Programme “Technology Centre Systems Programme (TCSP)”. The programme envisages establishment of 15 new Technology Centres (TCs) and upgradation of existing 18 TCs (Autonomous Bodies) under the Ministry, at an estimated cost of INR 22000 crore including World Bank funding of USD 200 million. The existing TCs have been extending technological support, apart from providing skilled manpower to industries, especially MSMEs for the past few decades. Present Programme would enhance the access to the cutting edge technologies and skilled manpower by the industries, thereby making them globally competitive.
One of the New 15 Technology Centres is being set up at Plot no. 10 & 11, sector 30 B, IMT, Rohtak. The estimated cost for setting up of Centre is INR 1287.0 million. The Centre after being set up will provide high end training and the no of trainees to be trained in a year is expected to be approximately 8000 in the fifth year of operation. The Technology Centre will have facilities for design, development and fabrication of tooling for general engineering industry in the region. It is expected that after setting up of the Technology Centre, the industry in the region will be highly beneficial and workforce will be getting contemporary training. The Technology Centre will also provide consultancy and incubation services to the local industry.
The construction process for the TC building has been initiated. M/s Kamladityya Constructions Pvt Ltd. has been awarded the work for construction of the building for an area of 16726.16 sq. meters. The Tata Consulting Engineers is the construction management consultant.
