Xelpmoc Design And Tech Limited Files DRHP With SEBI To Raise Rs 23 Crore
Xelpmoc Design and Tech Limited, a provider of professional and technical consulting services, offering technology services and support filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the market regulator SEBI seeking permission for its Initial Public Offering (IPO).
Xelpmoc Design and Tech Limited IPO Comprises of Fresh Issue of Rs. 23 crore.
The equity shares will have a face value of Rs 10. The Issue shall constitute up to x % of the post issue paid-up equity share capital of the company and the price band will be decided in consultation with the Book Running Lead Manager (BRLM).
The Net Proceeds from the Issue will be utilized towards the purchase of IT hardware and network equipment’s for development centres in Kolkata and Hyderabad, purchase of fit-outs for new development centres in Kolkata and Hyderabad, funding working capital requirements of our Company, and general corporate purposes.
ITI Capital Limited (formerly known as Inga Capital Limited) is the BRLM to the Issue.
Karvy Computershare Private Limited is the registrar to the Issue.
