RSWM Limited has acquired a controlling stake in LNJ Skills & Rozgar Private Limited, an Unlisted Company. The Company now owns 10,00,000 Equity shares which comprise 50.13 % of its total paid-up equity share capital. After the said acquisition, LNJ Skills & Rozgar Private Limited becomes subsidiary of the Company. It may further be noted that LNJ Skills & Rozgar Private Limited also has a wholly owned subsidiary Company LNJ Institute of Skills & Technology Private Limited. LNJ Skills & Rozgar Private Limited and LNJ Institute of Skills &Technology Private Limited both operate in the field of skill development and related activities.
