RISL Commissioned Vizag Steel Plant At Lalganj, Rae Bareily, Uttar Pradesh
State run RINL which runs the Vizag Steel Plant (VSP), said it has created the primary produced wheel from its new plant at Lalganj, Rae Bareily, Uttar Pradesh. This followed the fruitful direct of hot preliminaries of the fashioning line of the plant on Sunday. The steel major has set up the manufactured wheel plant at an expense of Rs 1,680 crore.
The plant will have creation limit of 1,00,000 fast wheels for each annum. The plant will supply wheels to the Indian Railways in a move that will and lead to import substitution.
The crude material for the Lalgunj plant will be provided from VSP. It will be moved via train. RINL was allocated 50 sections of land to set up the office. According to the concurrence with the Railways, there will be a guaranteed off-take of 55,000 wheels at first, which is relied upon to go up with time.
P K Rath, administrator RINL and other senior authorities including KK Ghosh Director(Projects), DK Mohanty, Director(Commercial) and AK Saxena, Director(Operations) of RINL alongside Laxmi Raman, ED Railway Board, were among other people who saw the occasion.
