Rural Electrification Corporation Limited (REC) has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting approved the proposal for incorporation of project specific Special Purpose Vehicle, as wholly owned subsidiary of REC Transmission Projects Company Limited for construction of 400 kV Udupi (UPCL)-Kasargode D/C line and Kasargode Substation.
