Provident Housing Limited (PHL), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Puravankara Limited, has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement and purchased 60% of the Paid up Equity Share Capital of D.V. Infrhomes Private Limited (“DVIPL”) to make it a subsidiary of PHL and whereby a step down subsidiary of the company.

D.V. Infrhomes Private Limited a company duly incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 on August 08, 2013. Registered office: 8, Abhishek Premises CHS Ltd. off Link Road, C-5, Dalia Ind. Estate, Andheri West, Mumbai City- 400053.

Objects of the Company: Real estate activities with own or leased property which includes buying, selling, renting and operating of self-owned or leased real estate such as apartment building and dwellings, non-residential buildings, developing and subdividing real estate into lots etc. and also development and sale of land and cemetery lots, operating of apartment hotels and residential mobile home sites.

The company is acquired with an intent to develop a project which involve construction of a rehabilitation building and the development and construction of approximately 1(one) tower for free sale on the land owned by DVIPL bearing City Survey No. 532 (part) of village Pahadi, Goregaon, situated at Cama Industrial Estate, Walbhat Road, Goregaon, Mumbai - 400 063.
