The one-day Punjab Apparel and Textile Conclave has been organised by the state government. During this conclave, MoU’s worth Rs 455.34 crore were signed between the state government and 9 prominent industries.

These industries included Vin Gon India Private Limited (Rs 150 crore), Fateh Alloys Private Limited (Rs 110.84 crore), First Reliable Industries (Rs 50 crore), Aribha Knitwears (Rs 50 crore), Rotaxa Auto India Private Limited (Rs 39.5 crore), Fateh Alloys Private Limited (Rs 25 crore), Mount Meru Industries (Rs 10 crore), Ferro Sona Garments Private Limited (Rs 10 crore) and United International (Rs 10 crore). These industries are associated with technical textile, composite hosiery, spinning garments manufacturing, fabric knitting, apparel manufacturing, spinning, knitting, fabrics, readymade garments, auto parts, CA stove and pipe manufacturing etc.
