Polyplex Corporation Limited informs that the Board of Directors of Polyplex (Thailand) Public Company Limited, Thailand (PTL), a subsidiary of the Company in which the Company has 51 % stake in equity share capital, have decided to set up BOPP Film Line project with a capacity of 60,000 TPA, in Indonesia at an estimated cost of USD 48 Million (excluding Working Capital). The project would be implemented by 'PT. Polyplex Films Indonesia', Indonesia a Wholly' Owned Subsidiary of PTL.
