Poly Medicure B.V., Netherlands, a subsidiary of Poly Medicure Limited, has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with Plan 1 Health S.R.L., Italy to acquire 82% (Eighty Two) Share Capital of Plan 1 Health S.R.L., Italy. Plan 1 Health S.R.L. will become a 'subsidiary' of Poly Medicure B.V. and in turn an 'indirect subsidiary' of Poly Medicure Limited as and when the share acquisition / transfer process is completed.
