Metallurgical & Engineering Consultants (India) Limited (MECON) invites Request for Qualification (RFQ) from prospective bidders for shortlisting of consultant for developing Project Management Process along with implementation of Integrated Project management System (Project Management System (PMS) and Engineering Document Management System (DMS)) for both Consultancy as well as EPC Projects. Through this RFQ, MECON intends to assess the technical & financial capabilities of bidders for shortlisting. MECON will issue tender enquiries to only those parties who are shortlisted for the scope of work through this RFQ.
