MBL Infra Substantially Completes Project
MBL Infrastructures Limited has substantially completed work of Project for Construction of Police Line & Residential Quarters at Kondli Check Post, Delhi (Contract value Rs 42.92 crores) and the Project has been inaugurated by Hon'ble Home Minister of Government of India and Commissioner of Police, Delhi.
This is the sixth public interest project dedicated to the nation by the Company post approval of the Resolution Plan said Mr S L Kothari, Group CFO & E D (F & C) of the Company.
Mr. Kothari further said "The Company has two operational BOT projects (a) Suratgarh-Bikaner National Highway Project in the state of Rajasthan where the commercial operations of toll collection has commenced for 90.86% of its 172.384 kms of the Project since 17.02.2019 and (b) Waraseoni-Lalbarra Road in the state of Madhya Pradesh where toll is being collected and Annuity is being released semi-annually by Madhya Pradesh Road Development Corporation since 03.08.2015. The operation of these two BOT Projects have ensured long term cash flows to the Company."
On being asked about new projects, Mr Kothari said "The Company is now poised to participate in the tenders for new projects and expects to win bids for large ticket size 4-5 projects in near future".
