lgarashi Motors India Limited has completed the acquisition of Export Division of Agile Electric Sub Assembly Private Limited as a going concern ('Slump Sale') in terms of Business Transfer Agreement and other related documents ("the Agreement") which were executed between the Company and Agile Electric Sub Assembly Private Limited.
