Grandeur Products Limited informs that on 11th January 2018 Tierra Agrotech Private Limited ("TAPL") which is wholly owned subsidiary of Grandeur Products Limited has completed the acquisition of Branded Cotton Seed Business of Monsanto Holdings Private Limited ("MHPL") in India.With this acquisition, TAPL has gained ownership of the Branded Cotton Seed Business of Monsanto Holdings Private Limited ("MHPL") in India.
