District Development Commissioner (DDC) laid foundation stone for execution of drainage scheme sanctioned under languishing programme.

The stone laying ceremony among others was attended by ADDC Kishtwar Mohammad Hanief Malik ASP Kishtwar Nasir Ahmed, President MC Kishtwar Riyaz Ahmed Zargar Vice President MC Kishtwar Firdous Ahmed Mingnoo, XEN R&B Kishtwar, Mohinder Kumar besides other district/sectoral officers, ward members of MC Kishtwar and citizens of the town.

DDC said that completion of this drainage scheme under languishing project costing Rs.904.83 lakh would improve the drainage system of the town to a great extent.
