Pepe Jeans Innerfashion Private Limited, an Indian Non-Government Company, bearing CIN: U18209WB2017PTC223633, having its registered office at 'Om Tower", 32, J. L. Nehru Road, 15th Floor Kolkata-700071 was incorporated on 29th November 2017, having paid up share capital of Rs. 6.00 crores divided into 60,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. The net worth of the Company as per financial statement as on 31.03.2018 is Rs. 523.74 lakhs.

Dollar Industries Limited being an Indian an Indian Non-Government Company, bearing CIN: L17299WB1993PLC05 8969, having its registered office at 'Om Tower", 32, J. L. Nehru Road, 15th Floor, Kolkata-700 071 was incorporated on 26th May 1993, having paid up share capital of Rs. 11.34 lakhs divided into 5,67,16,120 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each. The net worth of the Company as per standalone financial statement as on 31.03.2018 is Rs. 35,274.47 lakhs.

Dollar Industries Limited has increased its stake in the Company by making further investment of Rs. 4.00 crores representing 28.57% along with the post allotment of Equity share capital of Pepe Jeans Innerfashion Private Limited on 10th November 2018. The total investment of the Company post allotment stand increased to Rs. 7.00 Crores representing 50% of the total paid-up capital of the Company out of total paid up share capital of Rs. 14.00 crores of Pepe Jeans Innerfashion Private Limited.
