DBL's Subsidiary Submits Document Towards Financial Closure
Dilip Buildcon Limited (DBL) informs that "DBL Rewa Sidhi Highways Private Limited and DBL Chandikhole Bhadrak Highways Private Limited (wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company) have received the sanction letters to finance their Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) projects.
Further, the said SPVs have also submitted all the requisite financing documents to National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) in accordance within the stipulated timelines given in the concession agreement related to the financial closure. The details of the projects and sanction are as under:

Rehabilitation and Up-gradation to Six-Laning of Chandikhole-Bhadrak Section of NH-5 (New NH-16) from km 62.000 to km 136.500 in the State of Odisha to be executed as Hybrid Annuity Project under NHDP Phase V.
