Arihant Abode Limited, a Subsidiary of Arihant Superstructures Limited has acquired prime 7 acres of land at Palaspe, Panvel. The land comes under CIDCO - NAINA planning authority. It is near Mumbai – Goa highway, quite close to upcoming Alibaug - Virar Multi-Modal corridor and the upcoming Navi Mumbai International Airport.

Commenting on this acquisition, Mr Ashok Chhajer, CMD of Arihant Superstructures Limited said, “Arihant is committed to the Government of India’s vision of “Housing for All” and this new land has been acquired for Affordable Housing. This along with our current pipeline of 13.5 mn. sqft. of saleable area in our area of operations.
