Adani Renewable Energy (RJ) Limited, a stepdown subsidiary of Adani Green Energy Limited ("AGEL") has part commissioned 100 MWac capacity in the state of Rajasthan out of 200 MWac Solar Power Project, having Power Purchase Agreement ("PPA") with Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL) at Rs. 2.71/kWh for a period of 25 years.

100 MW (2 X 50 MW) Wind Power Project which was auctioned by Solar Energy Corporation of India ("SECI") in Phase-I. having PPA at Rs. 3.46/kWh for a period of 25 years, also got commissioned recently by our OEM supplier. We have an agreement to purchase the assets subject to fulfilment of certain milestones in near future.

With this, AGEL's portfolio of renewable generation capacity in India stands at 5.29 GWac with 2.22 GWac operational projects and balance 3.07 GWac in development stage.
